The rules for using and buying on the platform.

1. Purpose
These terms govern access to and use of the DELF B2 practice platform ("the Service"). By creating an account, you accept them.
2. Service
The Service provides practice content, mock exams and study tools. It is independent preparation, not affiliated with France Education international or any official centre. Passing the exam is not guaranteed.
3. Account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity on your account. One account per person.
4. Plans and payment
A free plan is available. Paid plans (subscriptions, packs, correction credits) are offered with the price shown before any purchase.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with applicable law, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies to purchases, unless expressly waived for digital content supplied immediately.
6. Intellectual property
Content (texts, questions, illustrations, mascot) is protected. Reproduction without permission is prohibited. Your work remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to process it for correction and progress tracking.
7. Acceptable use
Sharing your account, bulk-extracting content or disrupting the Service is prohibited.
8. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". We cannot be held liable for exam results or for technical interruptions beyond our control.
9. Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms.
