1. Data controller
The delfb2.net website ("we") is the controller of your personal data. For any question, contact us via the Contact page.
2. Data we collect
Account: email address, name (optional), password (hashed, never stored in plain text). Usage: your answers, attempts, written work, progress, exam date and goal. Technical: essential session cookies.
3. Purposes
Providing the service (practice, tracking, corrections), securing your account, improving the platform, and contacting you about your corrections or account. We do not use your data for advertising.
4. Legal basis
Performance of the contract (providing the service), legitimate interest (improvement, security) and consent (where applicable).
5. Retention
Your data is kept while your account is active, then deleted or anonymised within a reasonable time after closure.
6. Sharing and processors
We do not sell your data. It may be processed by technical providers (hosting, email, payment) acting on our instructions under confidentiality commitments.
7. Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object. You can edit your profile from My account or contact us to exercise your rights. You may also complain to the CNIL.
8. Security
Hashed passwords (bcrypt), encrypted connections, restricted access. No system is perfect; we apply reasonable measures.
